We are a privately owned producer of sulfuric acid and ammonium sulfate fertilizer located in Pasadena, Texas on the Houston Ship Channel. Our products are used throughout North America to help grow the food we all eat and make the things we use. We understand the responsibilities that come with operating a major chemical plant, which is why we emphasize employee safety, environmental responsibility and high-quality products.
We handle over one million tons of raw materials and finished products each year, producing about:
- 650 thousand tons of sulfuric acid
- 450 thousand tons of granular ammonium sulfate
- 60 thousand tons of ammonium thiosulfate
With this kind of activity, we are proud of our recent record as one of the safest chemical plants in the fertilizer industry and the Houston area.
We are also proud of our recent production achievements, but we are not satisfied with where we stand today. We are constantly seeking ways to take our company to the next level of efficiency and performance.
